Leveraging our national network of REO Agents, Intraspect’s valuation model ensures asset values are correct. To do this, the company uniquely:

§ Orders two Fannie Mae Broker Price Opinions (BPO) from two independent real estate agents.

§ Appraisal Institute Certified appraiser hand reviews each BPO, ensuring < 5% variance between valuations.

§ Variance review process includes agents defending or correcting valuation until < 5% consensus.

§ Utilize CoreLogic’s Cascading AVM tools, Intraspect is able to ensure valuation reliability with a hit rate now Over 90 percent.
